The City of Hardin created the
TWO RIVERS TRADE PORT AUTHORITY in 2004.
The goal is to focus on a sustained economic development effort in the Hardin area. Emphasis is placed on new job development and tax base through a coordinated effort in the area of Business Recruitment, Business Expansion and Business Startup.
As a result of our public/private partnership, we are oriented and dedicated to improving the quality of life of our local citizens.

Two Rivers Authority
Two Rivers Authority, a regional port authority and economic development agency, is seeking two new members to serve on its seven-member Board. The vacancies being filled are for five-year terms. No experience is necessary, but a demonstrated interest in growing the economy of Hardin and Big Horn County is crucial. Board members must be willing to actively participate with other board members in creating the impetus for economic growth in the area.
